Deep Breath

Deep breath helps a person to add energy to work. Consciously one should take deep breath to reduce the stress that is occurring in the working spot. Incomplete breathing makes the person to become tired. Meditation induces deep breathing and it helps in many ways by adding the needed oxygen to the system. Blood circulation gets improved due to deep breathing and the blood gets purified with more oxygen. Yoga also teaches the person to have methodical breathing exercise to improve the health.
