The best form of physical exercise is swimming which gives strength to various parts of our body. In the village areas it is the usual scene to see people to take bath in the rivers by swimming for a pretty long time to have a better health. Nowadays, the local civic authorities are providing swimming pools in the township areas to train the children in swimming.

In fact, many of the affluent people own their own swimming pools in their house premises to facilitate the family members to swim. It has become the vital part of the leading sports event and none of the major sports event goes without swimming competition. Though it takes longer period to develop expertise in swimming it gives a lot of personal satisfaction and ensures physical fitness.
